A unique design integrating eco-friendly and modern tropical textures. It takes on a passive design approach that insists on natural light and fresh air invading every space. Making tactical use of its 600 sqm site, spaces appear large due to the orientation of it mass and evolving spatial characteristics. The structural frame allows for lightweight floors and roofs, along with a third floor rooftop space to observe the distant sunset over the sea. Materials are ethically sourced such as composite timber panels, bamboo and local natural stone, used for their low carbon footprint.
